People managed to make peace, thanks to which they partially managed to restore civilization. This is a post-apocalyptic universe in which humanity is trying to survive after a nuclear war. The events take place in the sci-fi setting of an alternate reality in 2007. The project is an independent game, not an addition to the original third part.
